I have always held an interest in active travel and adventure. Having spent 20 years in classical ballet theater, lived for a time in Scandinavia and earning a degree in Health and Human Performance, I have found my perfect role here with Travel Experts. Creating custom designed magnificent journeys to all the far flung places on the earth just for you is the way to put all my creative skills and world knowledge to work.
My specialties are hiking and trekking trips, challenging cycling and slow paced biking itineraries, yoga and wellness retreats, spa getaways and multi-sport journeys. I love to work with small specialty groups on educational trips such as wine discoveries, natural history and wildlife safari expeditions.
In November 2013, I am escorting a small group expedition to Northwestern India as part of the series "Authentic Adventures". Highlights will include following the footsteps of Buddha and a stay at an ashram for yoga. I plan to capture the expedition in photo and short video in order to create a documentary upon returning. To participate, contact me for details.
Whether for rejeuvenation, discovery or enlightenment, call me and make your next journey magnificent!!

Exploring Switzerland by Train
In October 2012, I spent a month in Switzerland seeing the entire country by rail. From the glorious cities of Geneva and Zurich, to the loveliness of Montreux, Zermatt and St. Moritz, this was a stellar trip. Adventures included the Matterhorn, the Jungfraujoch and spa time in Bad Ragaz. Magnificent!! "
Independent Exploration of South Africa
In September of 2012 I spent a month exploring the vast landscapes of South Africa. Traveling solo to Johannesburg, later joining a guide and friend with AWOL Tours and Country Walkers in Capetown, we rambled around the Cape and up the east coast. Drakensburg next, then 10 days on safari.
Peru Inn to Inn Trek
In September 2009, I crossed the Andes in Peru via the Salcatay trail to Machu Picchu stopping each evening at the Mountain Lodges of Peru. The reward - the final day at Machu Picchu! It was worth all the effort!!
2 Week Yoga Retreat
This Spring I took a much needed yoga retreat at the Seven Centers in breathtakingly beautiful Sedona, Arizona. And of course I had to get in a little spa time later in Scottsdale!!
