Claudia Austin is a hospitality and travel professional with more than 15 years of experience. Born and raised in San Francisco, CA with a love for hotels, she worked at some of the best the city has to offer. From a concierge at the Sir Francis Drake to Guest Services Manager at the CLIFT to Front Office Manager at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins, she understands how important it is to exceed client's expectations and places a strong emphasis on providing excellent service.
Claudia and her husband made the move to Los Angeles in 2012. This is where she transitioned from hotels to travel consulting. Working in Beverly Hills for American Express Travel, she was able to combine her hospitality experience with selling travel and made many new contacts. Travel has always been a big part of her life, having been to Nicaragua and Peru frequently as a child to visit family. These experiences led to being very curious about the world and that curiosity has sent her to many parts of Europe, Africa, Central and South America, and the Caribbean. She hopes to explore some countries in Asia soon! Claudia knows that all clients have different expectations when traveling and works very closely with them to curate the perfect trip.
