I love travel. I’ve been addicted since my first trip to Paris at the age of 16. It’s an amazing world, and my intent is to see as much as I can in my lifetime. Mostly it’s about the people; we’ve made so many friends all over the world, and each one has truly enriched our lives.
I love making my clients happy… It’s all about creating an experience that they will look back on as the trip of a lifetime. Even if I plan 5 trips a year for them, I want each one to be the best it can be.
A vacation is a huge investment of time, money and energy, in my mind it should be tailored specifically to a client’s interests and passions and really reflect who they are. To do that effectively it’s necessary to really get to know my clients and not just cut and paste options out of Booking.com.
I spend an inordinate amount of time planning a trip, obsessing over the perfect hotel in the perfect town, the smoothest logistics, the best restaurants, the most interesting tours with the nicest guides. But it’s so rewarding to create a complicated itinerary and then have my client say “you nailed it!” Nothing makes me happier than getting photos from the road, saying “this was great” “look how happy we are” and “thank you”!
As a result many of my clients have become my friends, and they come back to me time and time again for my insight and guidance. It’s win/win!
